If you decide that you would like to cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

Order Return
ANYFOODUNIVERSE may accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.Â
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.Â
Clearance/customized/discounted items are not eligible for 14-day returns or exchanges.
Consumers should be responsible for the shipping fee if the return is for personal reasons. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
ANYFOODUNIVERSE reserves all rights to deny refund to any items returned that have been worn/washed or damaged by consumer. Items must strictly be returned in original condition with original tags on.

Damages/Incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately at anyfooduniverse.service@gmail.com so we can rectify the issue. Â
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 7-10 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. And we cover the shipping fee for this return.
